Open Settings in the game and tap Restore Purchases. That asks the App Store or Play Store what you own and unlocks it again. It also works on a new phone, as long as you are signed in with the same account you bought it on.
If it still does not unlock, email us with the store receipt and we will sort it out.
Rewarded videos need a connection, even though the rest of the game does not. If you are offline, or no ad is available at that moment, the game will tell you and nothing is deducted. There is also a daily limit on refills, which resets the next day.
In Settings. Be aware that it cannot be undone - progress lives only on your device, so there is no backup to restore it from.
Purchases do, through Restore Purchases. Learning progress does not - it is stored on the device and there are no accounts, which is also why the game works completely offline.
There is nothing to turn off. The only ads are the reward videos you choose to watch; if you never tap one, you will never see an ad. Paper Mahjong Pro also refills hints and shuffles without an ad, so it removes the reason to watch them.
