Paper Mahjong is made by Available Company Limited. By using the app you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short.
You may use Paper Mahjong for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to do that. Please do not resell it, decompile it, or extract its content - the artwork, the vocabulary sets and the level layouts are ours.
Paper Mahjong Pro is a one-time purchase that permanently unlocks the advanced study tracks on the store account that bought it. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
All payments are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms, and refunds are theirs to grant - we cannot issue them ourselves. If something went wrong with a purchase, write to us anyway and we will help where we can.
The app offers optional rewarded videos in exchange for hints and shuffles. Watching them is always your choice, and the rewards they grant have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
Progress is stored on your device only. We do not back it up, and we cannot recover it if the device is lost or the app is deleted.
We may update the app, change its content, or stop distributing it. We try not to break things, but we cannot promise the app will always be available or error-free, and it is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent the law allows.
To the extent permitted by law, Available Company Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country, which always take precedence over these terms.
